It was a wonderful first time here at Biest! The host was very nice, informed of wines and took time to talk to the diners. Showed us how they aged their meats and talked about a little history of the riesling I ordered. Food was excellent! Love fresh pastas! We will return and try the steaks and pizza!

Just found a hidden jewel in Rancho Cucamonga—Biest is bringing serious Italian heat to the IE. From the insanely tender wood oven short rib to the prosciutto burrata pizza and perfectly cooked dry-aged steak with tallow fries, every dish was hitting. The meatballs were soft and saucy with fresh bread, and that pappardelle short rib ragù? Rich, comforting, and easily a favorite. Plus, the open kitchen concept makes the whole experience even better. Definitely adding this to your must-try list.

Ate here for the first time they have a new grand opening. Food was amazing hand made pizza in fire roasting oven and traditional pastas, sangrias were bomb and so was their handmade rosemary and garlic bread. The vodka pasta was amazing they cook it al dente (like in Italy a lot harder than normal but you can ask to cook it well done so the pasta is softer) the octopus appetizer was so good with the sauce, our waitress patsy was so kind to make us priority with freshly brewed coffee and creamers. desserts were amazing pistachio cheese cake and tiramisu. Thank you patsy and Jason the manager for making it a fun experience. Their French fries are to die for. We will be back for sure

Absolutely incredible experience at Biest. The atmosphere feels modern but still warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive from start to finish. The highlight of the night was definitely the dry-aged steaks. The Dry-Aged Tomahawk had an amazing depth of flavor with a perfect crust and tender interior. The Porterhouse was equally impressive — beautifully cooked, rich, and great for sharing. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality and aging process of the beef. The cocktails and wine selection paired perfectly with the meal, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. If you’re looking for a place for a special dinner, steak night, or just a great overall dining experience, Biest is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommend the dry-aged program!

We had the best time here! We had Lydia as our waitress and she was very attentive, and kept us refilled with bread and water. The food was so good! we had the chicken alfredo and the pomadoro. I was sad to see it was so empty in there, this place deserves business!!🫶🏻
